Industry experience includes: supermarket and specialty retail, packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, services, media, leisure, and gaming.

Currently co-founder and president of Insight Out Of Chaos, a database and direct marketing firm with expertise handling large transaction databases, interpreting data, and managing loyalty marketing programs. Insight works primarily for retailers, Internet publishers, and others with databases that require care, feeding, and analysis.

Provides all forms of data management and analysis, direct mail design and production, data entry, and direct to consumer customer service.
