Dori Molitor is CEO and founder of WomanWise - the premier experts in marketing brands to women. Dori founded her original agency, WatersMolitor, twenty years ago with an ambitious vision to create Brand Enthusiasm and drive purchase.

Her success in breaking new ground in marketing to women evolved her focus and ten years later WomanWise is an internationally recognized consultancy and agency that fundamentally changes the way women feel about their brands.

Prior to founding her own agency in 1988, Dori worked at General Mills across Big G and Betty Crocker portfolios. She also worked for the United States Congress as a Legislative Aid to a Minnesota Congressman guiding and informing his stand on women's issues and small business affairs.
